2. Pellet packaging machine introduction
This pellet packaging machine is a quantitive packing machine, it is designed to pack the wood pellets and animal/poultry feed pellets and other granules like grain, cereals, and other chemical materials into bags and seal bags, this machine can equip with a heat sealer to seal plastic/nylon bags or sewing machine to seal woven bags.
Pellet packaging machine includes material tank, weighing hopper, sensor, bag clamping system, heat sealer, sewing machine, sealing conveyor, and electric control panel.
Material feed into a hopper from a conveyor or top storage tank, the weighing hopper and sensor will work under the control of electric panel to weighing pellets according to the packing weight set in the PLC system, after people put the bag on bag clamping device the hopper discharge pellets to bags, then use a sealer to sealing the bags.
The hopper on this pellet packaging machine is 1 m³ volume, usually, it is enough for storage material coming from the conveyor, you can put a bigger tank on top of this hopper if you want to install this pellet packaging machine in a production line and want more storage ability.
The weighing system for this packaging machine is a sensor, the PLC system control sensor working to weighing the target packaging weight by fast adding, medium adding, and slowly adding, by three times adding to increase packaging precision.
Pellet packaging machine equipped with a pneumatic bag clamping system, after put bag to the filling pipe just push the limit switch so that the clamping system can hold the, at this time the packaging scale start to fill pellets into bags. The bag clamping system is controlled by an air cylinder, which needs an air compressor with 0.6Mpa air pressure.
The whole weighing process is automatically, only need people manually put the bag to the bag clamping system
The whole machine is made of stainless steel so that the machine is easy to clean and anti-corrosion if the raw material to be packed have corrosivity, thus extending the machine lifetime
Automatically controlled by the electric panel:
From electric panel can set target packaging weight want to pack per bag, it can set fast speed to add, medium speed adds and low speed add, by three times weighing and filling to get the target weight for one bag, thus to make sure the high weighing accuracy with only 0.1-0.2% tolerance. From electric panel can change to use automatic control packing method and manual control packing method. From the electric panel can check the bags have been packed.
Equipped with a sealing conveyor, on the packaging machine main body have a 2 meters length sealing conveyor, thus helping move the bags during packaging and sealing. The conveyor width is 400mm, use a PVC belt.
