2. Pellet packaging machine introduction
This pellet packaging machine is a quantitative packing machine. It is designed to pack wood pellets, animal/poultry feed pellets, and other granules such as grain, cereals, and other chemical materials into bags and seal them; it can be equipped with a heat sealer for plastic/nylon bags or a sewing machine for woven bags.
The pellet packaging machine includes a material tank, weighing hopper, sensor, bag clamping system, heat sealer, sewing machine, sealing conveyor, and electric control panel.
Material is fed into a hopper from a conveyor or top storage tank; the weighing hopper and sensor operate under the electric panel's control to weigh pellets to the packing weight set in the PLC system. The hopper on this pellet packaging machine has a 1 m³ volume; usually, it is enough to store material coming from the conveyor. If you want to install this pellet packaging machine on a production line and need more storage capacity, you can add a larger tank on top of the hopper.
The weighing system uses a sensor; the PLC controls the sensor to weigh the target packaging weight by adding fast, medium, or slow, with three-time adding to improve packaging precision.
The pThe pellet packaging machine is equipped with a pneumatic bag clamping system. After you place the bag on the filling pipe, press the limit switch to engage the clamping system; the packaging scale then starts filling pellets into the bag. An air cylinder controls the bag clamping system and requires an air compressor with 0.6 MPa air pressure.
The entire weighing process is automatic; operators only need to place the bag into the clamping system.m manually.
The whole machine is made of stainless steel, making it easy to clean and corrosion-resistant for corrosive raw materials, which extends machine life.

From the electric panel, you can set the target packaging weight you want to pack per bag; it can set fast speed to add, medium speed to add, and low speed to add, with three weighings and fillings to get the target weight for one bag, thus ensuring high weighing accuracy with only 0.1-0.2% tolerance. From the electric panel, you can switch between automatic and manual control. The electric panel also lets you check whether the bags have been packed.
