2. Jumbo bag filling machine introduction

A Jumbo bag filling machine is a bagging machine to fills powdered material and granular material into big jumbo bags like 500kg/bag, one ton per bag, 1.5t ton per bag, which is widely used for the packing solution of wood pellets, feed pellets, fertilizer, industrial and chemical granular or powdered material or grains, cereals. Due to its huge usage, it can be used in many different industries such as grain and oil, food, feed pellet making, wood pellet making, fertilizer pellet making, medical, chemical, cement, glass, friction material, refractory material, steel, building material, environmental protection., etc

A jumbo bag filling machine consists hopper, weighing system, bag clamping system, bag moving conveyors, electric panel with PLC control system, machine frame, and compressed air system.

Our standard machine is equipped with a hopper with a volume of 1 m³, we can make a hopper with different volumes according to your special requirement or usage. Usually, people send raw material to the hopper by bucket elevator, belt conveyor, screw conveyor, or from a big storage tank directly.

The electric panel is the main control system for this jumbo bag-filling machine, which applies a PLC system to control the weighing whole system. On the electric panel have a touch screen, from where the user can set the filling target weight, check the number of bags filled and control the complete system.

The bag clamping device is to hold the jumbo bag and let raw material in the bag have better density, this device is working under compressed air, so an air compressor is necessary for this machine.

After the raw material goes to the feeding hopper, the weighing sensor is controlled by the electric panel to weigh the material and get the target weight value with high accuracy, the bag clamp system can automatically release the ton bag after the material fills into the bag, the conveyor under the machine can move the bag away.

The weighing system applies fast speed add, medium speed add and slow speed add, by three times feeding to get the target weighing value, thus increasing the weighing accuracy.
