A Jumbo bag filling machine is a bagging machine that fills powdered and granular material into big jumbo bags, like 500kg/bag, one ton per bag, or 1.5 tons per bag, which is widely used for the packing solution of wood pellets, feed pellets, fertilizer, industrial and chemical granular or powdered material, or grain and cereals. A jumbo bag filling machine consists of a hopper, weighing system, bag clamping system, bag-moving conveyors, an electric panel with a PLC control system, a machine frame, and a compressed air system.
Our standard machine is equipped with a 1 m³ hopper; we can make hoppers in different volumes to meet your specific requirements or usage. Usually, people feed raw material into the hopper via a bucket elevator, belt conveyor, screw conveyor, or directly from a large storage tank.
The electric panel is the main control system for this jumbo bag-filling machine and uses a PLC to control the entire weighing system. The electric panel has a touch screen that lets the user set the target filling weight, check the number of bags filled, and control the entire system.
The bag clamping device holds the jumbo bag and helps the raw material inside achieve better density; it operates on compressed air, so this machine requires an air compressor.
After the raw material enters the feeding hopper, the electric panel controls the weighing sensor to weigh the material and achieve the target weight with high accuracy. The bag clamp system can automatically release the ton bag after the material fills into the bag, and the conveyor under the machine can move the bag away.
The weighing system supports fast, medium, and slow feeding, using three feeding cycles to reach the target weight and improve weighing accuracy.
