3. Before using the new machine for the first time, take 10 kg of vegetable oil (or grass powder) or waste machine oil, mix well, and turn the adjustment screw. Set both rolling speeds to the same speed. Gradually add the refueling feed while continuing to turn the pressure wheel adjustment screw until the pellets discharge slowly. Repeatedly roll the extruded pellets to smooth the die hole, then slowly add the mixed feed to be processed, such as when mold hole resistance is high, output is low, or the material does not discharge. You can repeatedly grind the template using the method above to smooth and lubricate the mold hole before processing.

4. In the feed processing, if there is more refined fiber, about 5% of the water should be added. If the mixed feed contains more refined material, reduce the amount of water added as appropriate. After processing, add a little oil mixed with edible oil in advance. This helps the next startup and prevents the feed from drying in the hopper after shutdown.

5. After finishing processing, loosen the adjusting screw to free the roller, and clear it up and down after stopping. Clean out any remaining material in the warehouse, especially under the swing pan, to avoid damaging the suction.
