Animal feed production line is designed to produce feed pellets for animals, poultry, or livestock such as cattle, sheep, rabbit, chicken, duck, cow, bird, dog, cat., etc from a certain formula.
The raw materials usually are corn, wheat, straw, grass, soybean mill, rice husk, wheat husk, vitamin., etc. Different animal feed has different formulas, according to the formula different raw materials will go to the animal feed production line in a certain percentage.
The raw material will be ground in the production line firstly to get mesh powder, then all of the powders will be mixed together evenly to get ready into pellets. The feed pellet machine will compress the mixed mesh powder into pellets, according to different animals, our machine can make feed pellets with different diameters, after that the pellets will be cooling down by a pellet cooler and some feed pellets need to spray baits before storage or deliver to buyer.
The technology of the animal feed production line is mature, the whole production line can be automatically controlled by the central electric control system, for the automatic production line, even the control of feeding different raw materials in different percentages is automatically controlled.
During the pelletizing stage, the ring dies pellet machine needs steam from a boiler, the steam will ripen the mesh powder in the stainless conditioner before compresses the pellets, the ripening process can sterilize the mesh powder and make the final pellets easier to digest by an animal.
