Our small feed production line is designed to make feed pellets for poultry and animals from various raw materials like grain and grass. For a different kind of animal, the formula of percentage for each kind of raw material is different.
1. Before making pellets need to prepare the raw materials, first grinding the raw material to mesh powder, second mixing the raw materials together evenly.
In this stage, the crusher and mixer will be involved.
if your raw material is only grain do not have grass, straw, or alfalfa, you can use our mixer with a grinder, this machine is a combination of grinder and mixer, the grinder can grind the grain materials and the vertical mixer can mix the powders.
The investment in such a mixer with a grinder will much lower the cost.
if your raw material has grain and grass or alfalfa, it needs a crusher and a mixer, because the crusher can grind both grain and grass, after grinding from the crusher, the mesh powder will go to the mixer to be mixed.
2. After all raw materials are ground and mixed, use a screw conveyor to send the mixed powders to a ring die pellet mill to make pellets.
