Small Feed Production Line
Our small feed production line makes feed pellets for poultry and other animals from various raw materials, such as grain and grass. Each animal type requires a different formula, with different percentages of each raw material.
1. Before making pellets, you need to prepare the raw materials: first, grind the raw material to a mesh powder; second, mix the raw materials evenly.
In this stage, the crusher and mixer will be involved.
If your raw material is only grain and does not include grass, straw, or alfalfa, you can use our mixer with a grinder. This machine combines a grinder and a vertical mixer: the grinder processes grain materials, and the vertical mixer mixes the powders.
Investing in a mixer with a grinder will significantly lower costs.
If your raw material includes grain and grass or alfalfa, you need a crusher and a mixer, because the crusher can grind both grain and grass; after grinding, the ground material goes to the mixer.
2. After all raw materials are ground and mixed, use a screw conveyor to send the mixed powders to a ring die pellet mill to make pellets.
This production line uses a ring die pellet mill as the main machine; the pellet mill conditioner can steam-condition the raw material to produce high-quality pellets.
3. An electric panel controls the entire production line.
Our feed production line, equipped with a ring die pellet mill, has capacities of 400-600kg/h, 800-1000kg/h, 1500-2000kg/h, and 2000-3000kg/h.
