A charcoal briquette machine presses charcoal powder, charcoal pieces, waste charcoal, coal powder, and waste coal into charcoal briquettes; it reliably turns charcoal and coal powder into charcoal briquettes,  making waste charcoal or coal useful.
The machine structure is quite simple: the machine base includes the motor, gearbox, main shaft, screw propeller, mold, and feeding chute.
The main transmission system consists of a motor, reducer, and V-belt; the gearbox reduces the screw propeller's rotational speed, improving the stability of the coal powder briquette machine.
The main working parts are the screw propeller and mold; charcoal powder enters the screw propeller from the feeding chute, and the screw propeller presses it into the mold, where it is shaped into a charcoal briquette.
The model determines the final charcoal briquette's shape and size, so changing the model can produce different sizes and shapes.

Usually, we use starch (like corn starch or cassava starch) as a binder to help the powder shape into briquettes. The binder quantity needed is 3% of the charcoal or coal powder weight.

• The size of the charcoal or coal powder decides the quality of the final charcoal briquette because if the charcoal or coal is granular, the final charcoal powder will not be smooth;s o if your charcoal or coal size is big, you need to use a crusher or edge runner to reduce the size and turn it into powder before mixing.
