Introduction of Pallet Block Production Line:
1. A wood pallet machine is used to make woodblocks for the wood pallet.
2 . The raw material is sawdust and wood shavings. The size of the wood pallet block can be made by the customer's demands. The end product is with a hole inside or without your demands.
3 . The machine can be made with two outlets four outlets or six outlets.
4 . Woodblock can be put into water for 48 hours without a break.
The working process of the Pallet Block Production Line:
1. Crush wood branches, biomass, used pallets, wood logs, waste wood, etc into powder, wood shavings, or wood chips;
2. Dry the raw materials into a certain moisture of 10%;
3. Mix materials with glue;
4 . Press materials into block shapes to your demand size.
