2. Vertical motor: 8-level motor, working vertically, its outstanding feature is that the mounting hole is centered on the output shaft, and the surrounding is equidistant so that the machine has greater power and stability.
3. Fan system: Located on the side of the pellet machine working chamber, it can freely control its working time. The main function is to help the pellet machine work chamber to remove dust and exhaust steam.
4. Workpiece part: The die and pressure roller are made of alloy steel. The heat treatment process is independently completed by our company. The hardness can reach 52 or more, which not only ensures the granulation effect but also enhances the service life. The working method is from the inside to the outside The combination of centrifugal force and extrusion force increases the output while ensuring the hardness and density of the particles. The unique design of 3-8 pressure rollers increases the extrusion frequency and increases the output. The mold is a "vertical double-layer" design, The same aperture can be used up and down to increase the service life of the workpiece, and two molds with different apertures can also be used, which saves the cost of purchasing additional molds to make particles of different sizes.
5. Automatic lubrication system for the pressure roller: The refueling time and working time can be freely controlled, and the refueling frequency can be adjusted freely according to the working time so that the machine can work without stopping for 24 hours, and avoid the time and labor cost of stopping the machine for refueling. Greatly improve work efficiency.
