Raw materials:

The vertical ring-die wood biomass pellet machine is designed to make wood pellets and other kinds of biomass fuel pellets from wood sawdust and other kinds of biomass material such as wood chips, wood shavings, wood logs, tree branches, wood residues, wasted wood, wood blocks, rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell, EFB, sugarcane bagasse, stalk, straw, etc. The biomass material should be sized to < 6 mm, and the moisture content should be between 12% and 15% before being put into this pellet machine.

2. Vertical motor: 8-level motor, working vertically; its outstanding feature is that the mounting hole is centered on the output shaft, and the surrounding holes are equidistant so that the machine has greater power and stability.

3. Fan system: Located on the side of the pellet machine working chamber, it can freely control its operating time. The main function is to help the pellet machine work chamber remove dust and exhaust steam.

4. Workpiece part: The die and pressure roller are made of alloy steel. Our company completes the heat treatment process in-house. The hardness can reach 52 or more, which not only ensures granulation but also extends service life. The working method is from the inside out. The combination of centrifugal and extrusion forces increases output while maintaining particle hardness and density.
