Coconut Shell Pellet Making Machine

A coconut includes a shell, fiber, coconut shell, coconut meat, and coconut water. There is a large amount of coconut planting all over the world, after people move coconut water and coconut meat, there is a lot of coconut shell and coconut fiber. Many factories treat these coconut and coconut fibers as waste, actually, this shell and fiber from coconut is a very good raw material to make biomass pellets. The biomass pellets from coconut shell and coconut fiber can be used as fuel for boiler, home heating, and power plant, it also can be used for animal bedding in animal husbandry.

Due to the biomass pellet machine have requirement on features of raw material, so if use vertical type ring die pellet maker machine make pellets before sending the coconut shell and coconut fiber to pellet maker, need to make sure raw material is 12-15% moisture and around 5mm size. If your coconut shell moisture is>15% need to use the dryer to dry them, if the size is>5mm need to use a crusher to refine the size. After the moisture and size are uniformed, use a conveyor send them to our vertical type coconut shell pellet maker machine to make pellets.
