Raw material features for MKL series wood pellet mill
This wood pellet mill can make biomass fuel pellets from wood logs, wood chips, sawdust, wasted wood, tree branches, straw, stalk, sugarcane bagasse, peanut shells, sunflower husks, coconut shells, corn cob, agricultural waste., etc biomass material.
The size of raw material put into the wood pellet mill should < 5mm, if the raw material is bigger than 5mm size needs a crusher to refine the size before making pellets
The best moisture of raw material to make a pellet is 12-15%, if your raw material moisture is>15%, need a dryer to reduce moisture before feeding the material into the pellet mill.

Working principle:

Inside the MKL series diesel wood pellet mill there are two rollers, so the compress pressure is high enough to make good-quality pellets.
During machine running, the matrix is stable while the rollers are rotating, when raw material is fed from the top of the rollers the rotating rollers can bring centrifugal force, which can help the rollers to spray the raw material evenly on the matrix and the rollers press the material into the hole of matrix, so that to improve the pelleting efficiency and holes pelleting ratio. Under the matrix, there is a cutter rotating together with the main shaft, which can cut the pellets when they are pressed out from the matrix so that the pellets produced from this machine will be more uniform.
