Description

The airflow dryer for sawdust is to let the wet raw material mix with the high-temperature air, and finally separate the water from the raw material through the separator. The dryer is widely used in food, feed, chemical, pharmaceutical, mining, and other industries. The working process of the drying equipment is as follows: After the dehydrated wet material is added to the dryer, the material is dried under the stirring of the uniformly distributed lifting plates in the pipeline. Evenly disperse in the machine and fully in contact with hot air to speed up heat transfer and mass transfer in drying. During the drying process, the material is under the action of the inclined lifting plate and the hot air. As for the dryer, a star discharge valve is added to discharge the finished product. The working principle of the airflow dryer is to send the granular wet material into the hot air flow, co-current with it, so as to obtain a granular dry product.

The nature of the airflow dryer for sawdust:
1. Drying raw materials: rice husk, sawdust, crushed soaked flowers, branches, wood chips, and other granular raw materials (diameter less than 3mm, length less than 5mm).
2. Production efficiency: When the hot air is 180°C, dry sawdust or rice husk with a relative humidity of 35% to a relative temperature of 10%.
3. The temperature of the hot air is not lower than 180°C and can reach 300°C.
4. Fuel can be used: firewood (broken firewood), coal, steam, or electric heating.

Precautions when using the airflow dryer for sawdust:

1. When the temperature at the inlet of the airflow dryer is high, the external heat source of the drying box should be adjusted. Only when the temperature reaches normal can the material be loaded and dried.

2. When the pressure of the airflow dryer is unbalanced, check whether there is blockage or air leakage.

3. Moisture exhaust and smoke exhaust pipes must be unblocked. Be sure to check regularly.

4. During the normal production process, do not change the system parameters at will, and do not change the system settings at will.

5. Minimize the number of openings, closing, and stopping.
