The airflow dryer mixes wet raw material with high-temperature air, then separates water from the material through a separator. The dryer is widely used in food, feed, chemical, pharmaceutical, mining, and other industries. The drying process is as follows: After adding the wet material to the dryer, uniformly distributed lifting plates stir it in the pipeline. This evenly disperses the material and ensures full contact with hot air, speeding up heat and mass transfer during drying. During drying, the inclined lifting plate and hot air act on the material. The dryer includes a star discharge valve to discharge the finished product. The airflow dryer works by sending granular wet material into the hot air flow, co-current with it, to produce a dry granular product.
The nature of the airflow dryer for sawdust:
1. Drying raw materials: rice husk, sawdust, crushed soaked flowers, branches, wood chips, and other granular raw materials (diameter less than 3mm, length less than 5mm).
2. Production efficiency: When the hot air is 180°C, dry sawdust or rice husk with a relative humidity of 35% to a relative temperature of 10%.
3. The temperature of the hot air is not lower than 180°C and can reach 300°C.
4. Fuel can be used: firewood (broken firewood), coal, steam, or electric heating.

Precautions when using the airflow dryer for sawdust:
1. When the temperature at the inlet of the airflow dryer is high, the external heat source of the drying box should be adjusted. Only when the temperature is normal can you load and dry the material.
2. When the pressure of the airflow dryer is unbalanced, check whether there is blockage or air leakage.
