Features of automatic pallet wrapping machine :

1. Automatic Cut and Clamp Film

Workers no longer need to cut film by hand or manually place it on the pallet.

2. Pallet Grip System

The film bottom is narrowed to form a film rope; the film rope grips the pallet & products during wrapping.

• During transport, you don't need to worry about products falling when the pallet experiences violent vibrations.

• If the truck fork damages the film on the bottom of the pallet, the film won't break.

• Pallet bottom grip and whole-journey grip can replace the horizontal strapping machine.

3. Pre–stretching system

Independent frequency pre-stretching system, with free tension adjustment; maximum pre-stretch up to 200%, reducing film consumption.

4. Multi-layer Function

In this function, you can set different wrapping circles and wrapping force at any height; you can set up to 9 layers per pallet. The normal machine wraps from bottom to top with the same force and cannot stop during wrapping, so it cannot achieve reinforced wrapping.

5. PLC control

The whole machine adopts a multifunctional man-machine interface touch display system and PLC control. The large display screen shows the equipment's operating status in real time; the powerful fault detection system displays fault information in real time and guides maintenance personnel on troubleshooting.

6. Photoelectric switch

The German Pepperl+Fuchs photoelectric switch can automatically sense the height of the goods.

7. Turntable system

• The load-bearing design of the 5-point 58-tooth large gear minimizes wear.

• Turntable frequency conversion speed regulation is adjustable from 0 to 12 rpm/min.

• The turntable starts slowly, stops slowly, and resets automatically.

• The turntable is made of pure, high-quality carbon structural steel, a wear-resistant material, and has a longer life.

8. Film system

Film frame power-frequency conversion pre-stretching mechanism; pre-stretching can reach 200%, reducing film consumption.

• The film frame rising and falling speeds can be adjusted separately, and the nylon wheeled guide rail runs smoothly, is lightweight, and durable.

• The film feeding speed is adjustable by frequency conversion, and the stretching control is more precise, stable, and convenient.

• The top and bottom winding turns are controlled separately.

• The film export system uses an up-and-down mechanism, which is suitable for a wider range of products.

• The membrane frame is made of carbon steel, which is light and stable.

• Wear-resistant rubber rollers provide a long service life.
