Features of automatic pallet wrapping machine :
1. Automatic Cut and Clamp Film
the workers do not need to use the hand to cut film and put the film on pallet anymore.
2. Pallet Grip system

5. PLC control
The whole machine adopts a multifunctional man-machine interface touch display system and PLC control. The large display screen can display the operation status of the equipment in real time; the powerful fault detection system can display fault information in real-time and guide maintenance personnel on how to troubleshoot.
6. photoelectric switch
The German Pepperl+Fuchs photoelectric switch can automatically sense the height of the goods.
7. turntable system
The load-bearing design of the 5-point 58-tooth large gear minimizes the wear.
Turntable frequency conversion speed regulation is adjustable from 0 to 12 rpm/min.
The turntable starts slowly, stops slowly, and resets automatically.
The turntable is made of pure high-quality carbon structural steel, wear-resistant material, and has a longer life.
8. film system
Film frame power frequency conversion pre-stretching mechanism, pre-stretching can reach 200%, reducing film consumption.
The rising and falling speeds of the film frame can be adjusted separately, and the nylon wheeled guide rail runs smoothly, light, and durable.
The film feeding speed is adjustable by frequency conversion, and the stretching control is more precise, stable, and convenient.
The top and bottom winding turns are controlled separately.
