The charcoal briquette-making machine is also added with a charcoal machine, which is one of the key pieces of equipment in the mechanism charcoal production line. It is composed of a power distribution cabinet, a motor, a heating coil, a forming cylinder, and a thruster.

1. First of all, we need to connect the motor with three-phase electricity. (Two-phase power cannot be used)

2. Then adjust the button indicating the temperature on the power distribution cabinet to about 300 degrees, and let it preheat first. (The materials are different, and the preheating temperature is also different.)

3. Then we press the forward rotation indicator button on the power distribution cabinet to see if the propeller in the feed bin is rotating forward.

4. After the temperature is reached, the material can be slowly lowered and then extruded through the forming cylinder by the propeller under high temperature and high pressure.
