Automatic Toilet Soap Machines Are More And More Popular

This toilet soap production line is a soap finishing line designed to make toilet soaps, bathing soaps, and hotel soaps from soap noodles and other ingredients as raw materials; the designed capacity is 100-300Kg/h for finished soaps. This production line can make various sizes and shapes of medium- and high-grade toilet soaps with TFM (total fatty acid) content from 35% to 72%.

The raw materials go through mixing, milling, extrusion, toilet soap stamping, and collection of finished soap. During mixing, the mixer blends ingredients such as flavor and color additives and raw materials to ensure uniform TFM in the soap noodles. During milling, the machine refines and grinds the raw materials, then presses them into schistose material. During soap bar extrusion, we use a double-layer vacuum plodder with hot-press technology; the soap material is extruded through two-stage augers and a vacuum chamber to give the soap bar a compact structure that is less likely to crack. During the toilet soap stamping process, we can stamp each soap bar to the buyer's size and shape requirements and press the buyer's logo onto the soap using cold-stamping technology.

The duplex vacuum plodder uses water-cooling technology to cool the machine and improve operation stability.

We can design and produce molds for plodders and toilet soap stamping machines to make finished soaps to the buyer's requirements for size, shape, weight, and logo. The buyer only needs to tell us the TFM percentage of soap noodles, the TFM percentage of finished soap, and the shape, weight, and logo; then our engineer can design and produce the mold and calculate the formula.
