Introduction for Soap Noodle Production Line Saponification Equipment

This is a saponification production line designed to make soap noodles from oil, caustic soda and other ingredients as raw material, the designed capacity is 1000-2000Kg/h. From this production line can make different color and smell medium and high grade soap noodles which have TFM (totally fatty acid) contain from 35% to 65%. The oil materials are processed under a procedure of oil melting, mixing and saponification, vacuum drying, pelletizing to get the soap noodles.
