This is a soap finishing line designed to make toilet soap, bathing soap, or hotel soap from soap noodles and other ingredients as raw materials; the designed capacity is 1000-2000Kg/h for finished soaps; the output quantity will be decided by the weight of each toilet soap made. From this production line can make various sizes and shapes of medium- and high-grade toilet soaps which have TFM (totally fatty acid) contain from 35% to 72%.

Main raw material: Soap Noodles

Ingredients: Caustic soda, Zeolite, Perfume, pigment, or the ingredients according to the buyer's formula

Water: Water circulating in rollers of three-roller mill, inter-layer of augers on refiner mill, and duplex vacuum plodder to cool the machines
