Working principle: It mainly uses the blades or hammers on the rotating disc to crush the waste wood. After the waste wood enters the crusher, it is driven by the rotating disc, collides and cuts with the blades or hammers, and is broken into small pieces. The disc crusher has a large crushing force and can handle waste wood of larger size and higher hardness.
Advantages: It is suitable for processing large waste wood, such as building templates, waste wooden boxes, stumps, etc.; it has high crushing efficiency and can quickly crush waste wood into the required size; the equipment has a strong structure and good durability, and is suitable for harsh working environments.
Disadvantages: The equipment has high energy consumption and high operating costs; it will generate large noise and vibration during the crushing process, and corresponding noise reduction and shock reduction measures need to be taken.
