Working principle :
The mixer structure of the powder coating mixer is designed as three layers of inner and outer spiral blades. When the mixer is working, the inner and outer spiral drives the material inside the barrel to turn, the inner spiral drives the material near the axle center to do the axial rotation, and the material is pushed from the inner to both sides and pushed to the barrel wall;
The external screw drives the materials close to the cylinder wall to do axial rotation, and the axial direction is pushed from both sides to the inside, and the materials are pushed to the inside to gather so that the screw belt agitator can flip the materials in a large range in the cylinder body, and the materials can circulate in the cylinder body by convection, shear and infiltrate so that the materials can be quickly and evenly mixed in a short time.
