Vertical Mixer / Vertical Mixer with Grinder
The vertical mixer is widely used in feed pellet production; it easily feeds mesh material and discharges the final mixed product. Mixing uniformity is >95%.
To meet different client requirements, we also offer a mixer-and-grinder all-in-one machine that grinds and mixes raw materials at the same time. Corn, wheat, and soybean feed into the grinder from the feeding pipe; the ground powder goes to the impeller on the left side from a chute, the other raw material feeds into the hopper on the right side and goes to another impeller; all the powder material moves to the mixing tank via the mixing propeller, is mixed in the mixing tank, and then discharged from the discharge chute.
Vertical mixer advantages:
1. Simple structure, easy to operate and clean
2. High-level mixing evenness
3. Short mixing time
4. We can design the mixer with a grinder; grinding and mixing in one machine is more efficient than grinding and mixing separately.
We have a vertical mixer and a vertical mixer with a grinder; if you only need to mix materials, choose the vertical mixer. If you want to grind material and then mix it, choose the mixer with the grinder.
