Working principle: Two or more toothed rollers rotate relative to each other, sandwiching the waste wood in the middle for squeezing and crushing. The toothed structure on the toothed roller can effectively grasp the wood. As the toothed roller rotates, the wood is squeezed, sheared, and torn between the teeth, and is crushed into small particles.
Advantages: It can handle waste wood of larger sizes, and can also effectively crush some thick tree trunks, stumps, etc.; the shape of the crushed material particles is relatively regular, and the size uniformity is high; the equipment has good operating stability and can withstand large loads.
Disadvantages: The equipment is large in size, occupies a large area, and is relatively complicated to install and debug; the manufacturing process requirements of the toothed roller are high, and the cost is high, so the price of the equipment is relatively expensive.
