It uses extrusion technology to produce feed pellets from different ingredients; extrusion cooks the mixed ingredients at specific temperatures, moisture levels, and pressures. During fish extrusion, the extrusion chamber temperature is 100-120℃, controlled by the electric heater. The high temperature can kill bacteria and pathogens during machine operation. The fish feed pellet making machine panel has a temperature indicator; once it reaches the set temperature, the thermocouple automatically stops heating. During the high-temperature ripening process, the raw material' starch and fiber swell. Then, under pressure, a shaping mold forms the material into pellets. At the end of the main shaft, a cutter cuts the pellets to a set length. The diesel fish feed pellet machine uses a diesel engine to drive the main shaft via a V-belt and pulley. The diesel engine solves electricity shortages and unstable power. Even without electricity, you can still use this machine to make fish feed pellets. |
