The matrix/ring die is made of 20CrMnTi, we can make the compression ratio as your requirement or suggest a suitable compression ratio for you according to your raw material.
The matrix/ring die is packed in a standard exporting plywood case for delivery.
The inner side of the ring die has a pipe socket for easier press raw material inside the holes, outside of the ring die the holes have a larger diameter than the pellet diameter for easy press out the pellets.
