Working principle: Multiple blades are installed on two parallel shafts, and the two shafts rotate in opposite directions, sandwiching the waste wood in the middle for tearing and shearing, thereby tearing the wood into small pieces. The blade spacing and rotation speed of the double-shaft shredder can be adjusted according to different materials to achieve the best shredding effect.
Advantages: It can handle waste wood of various shapes and sizes, including large wood, waste furniture, wooden pallets, etc.; the size of the shredded materials is uniform, which is convenient for subsequent processing and treatment; the equipment has a high degree of automation, simple operation, and reliable operation.
Disadvantages: The price of the equipment is high, and the investment cost is large; for some slender waste wood, it may be entangled on the shaft and needs to be cleaned regularly.
