Clogging of the grinder is one of the common failures in the use of the grinder. In many cases, we will encounter powder blockage when we use it. The reason for this failure is more due to improper use and operation. If you often block the material from the beginning, but do not block the material after a period of time, it may be that the inside of the equipment is not smooth enough during the running-in period of the new machine. After a period of time, the inside of the equipment is smooth and the material is not blocked and the material is discharged. It went smoothly. In many cases, improper operation can also cause this failure. Below we will give you an analysis of the general cause and solution.


First, check to see if the feed speed is too fast. If the feed is too fast, the tuyere of the grinder will be blocked; improper matching with the conveying equipment will cause the discharge pipe to weaken or block when there is no wind. At this time, we should Adjust the feed volume to make the equipment operate normally. Otherwise, the increase in equipment load will cause blockage. During the feeding process of our pulverizer, we must always pay attention to the deflection angle of the ammeter pointer. If it exceeds the rated current, it means that the motor is overloaded, and if it is overloaded for a long time, it will burn our pulverizing motor. In this case, the feed door should be reduced or closed immediately, or the feeding method can be changed, and the feeding amount can be controlled by increasing the lifting auger feeder. The user should select the appropriate auger feeder for the hoist according to the actual situation. Due to the high speed of the crusher, the large load, and the strong fluctuation of the load. Therefore, the current when the pulverizer is working is generally controlled at about 85% of the rated current. Try not to overload our motors.


Second, the discharge pipe is not smooth or blocked. Many times when the equipment is working, there is no sound of crushing corn in the crusher. We will turn off the crusher. This is not correct. The crusher should be left idling for a few minutes before letting out. All the materials in the material pipeline enter the mixing tank and then turn off the crusher, otherwise the remaining materials will sometimes become damp and agglomerate after a few days, blocking our crusher.


Third, the hammer is broken, severely worn, aging, the screen holes are closed and clogged, broken, and the water content of the crushed material is too high, which will block the crusher. The broken and severely aged hammers should be updated regularly, the crusher should be kept in good working condition, and the screen should be checked regularly. The water content of the crushed material should be less than 14%, which can improve production efficiency and prevent the crusher from clogging. Enhance the reliability of the crusher's work. In the peak period of production, please reduce the feeding speed a little bit to ensure that the motor does not burn and the equipment does not block the material.
