1-2t/h animal feed processing equipment is designed to produce high-quality feed pellets, it is generally used for industrial purposes or commercial purposes to make feed pellets and sell them on the market. So this feed production line is designed much more complicated than a home usage small feed pellet line, the machines applied are much more advanced, and the control system is logical to have better performance, thus making sure the feed produced is high quality and competitive on market.
A 1-2t/h animal feed processing equipment is the smallest capacity for commercial purposes, it includes the grinding procedure, mixing procedure, pelletizing procedure, cooling, and classification procedure, packing procedure, and control system.
* The grinding procedure is designed to receive raw materials and grinding raw materials in two powders, this unit uses a water drop type hammer mill equipped with a pulse dust collector.
The water drop type hammer mill is designed to use a coupling to connect the motor and rotor directly, thus improving transmission efficiency and reducing the vibration and displacement during machine running. The hammers are adopted as a tungsten carbide hammerhead thus extending the lifetime of hammers. This hammer mill can be opened from two sides for maintenance.
The pulse dust collector is equipped to hammer mill for a better de-dust effect.
* The mixing system includes hoppers, a mixer, and a pneumatic system to control material going to the mixer from each hopper, thus controlling the proportion of each kind of raw material. For 1-2t/h capacity we use a ribbon mixer to mix the powders.
* The pellet mill in this feed production line is a ring die type feed pellet mill SZLH250 model, which is equipped with stainless steel auger, stainless conditioner, stainless ring die, and pellet cutter.
The conditioner uses hot steam from the boiler to ripen the mesh powder before pressing them into pellets, with this procedure the feed pellet producer is easy to digest by animals.

* The Pellet Cooling and Classification procedure is designed to cool down the pellets by counterflow cooler and sieving the pellets thus moving the dust and powder.
If some clients want to produce a very small size feed, we can add a pellet crusher under the pellet cooler.
* The packing procedure is to pack feed into bags for delivery or storage, we can provide a packing solution according to client requirements on the weight of each bag and bag type.
* The electric control system is to control all of the workings of the machine we have a PLC control system for the whole production line.
This 1-2t/h animal feed processing equipment is installed in a layers vertical structure, thus saving installation area, and improving operation convenience level.
With this design, we also have 2-3t/h animal feed processing equipment that uses the SZLH320 model feed pellet mill.
