1-2t/h animal feed processing equipment is designed to produce high-quality feed pellets. It is generally used for industrial or commercial purposes to produce feed pellets for sale. This feed production line is much more complex than a small home feed pellet line; it uses more advanced machines and a logical control system to ensure high-quality, market-competitive feed.
1-2t/h animal feed processing equipment is the smallest capacity for commercial purposes; it includes grinding, mixing, pelletizing, cooling, classification, packing, and a control system.
* The grinding procedure is designed to receive raw materials and grind them into two powders; this unit uses a water-drop-type hammer mill equipped with a pulse dust collector.
The water-drop-type hammer mill uses a coupling to connect the motor and rotor directly, improving transmission efficiency and reducing vibration and displacement during operation. The hammers use tungsten carbide hammerheads, extending hammer life. This hammer mill can be opened from two sides for maintenance.
The pulse dust collector is equipped for the hammer mill for better de-dusting
* The mixing system includes hoppers, a mixer, and a pneumatic system to control material going to the mixer from each hopper, thus controlling the proportion of each kind of raw material. For 1-2t/h capacity, we use a ribbon mixer to mix the powders.
* The pellet mill in this feed production line is a ring die type feed pellet mill, SZLH250 model, which is equipped with a stainless steel auger, stainless conditioner, stainless ring die, and pellet cutter.
The conditioner uses hot steam from the boiler to ripen the mesh powder before pressing it into pellets, making the feed pellets easier for animals to digest.

* The Pellet Cooling and Classification procedure is designed to cool down the pellets by a counterflow cooler and sieve the pellets, thus removing dust and powder.
If some clients want to produce a very small-size feed, we can add a pellet crusher under the pellet cooler.
* The packing procedure is to pack feed into bags for delivery or storage; we can provide a packing solution according to client requirements on the weight of each bag and bag type.
* The electric control system controls all of the workings of the machine; we have a PLC control system for the whole production line.
This 1-2t/h animal feed processing equipment is installed in a layered vertical structure, thus saving installation area and improving operational convenience.
