The small sawdust dryer is a pipe (airflow) dryer.
1. The raw material should be sawdust; the suitable drying moisture is 20-50%, and the final moisture is 8-12%.
2. Raw material diameter: 3- 5 mm.
3. Hot air temperature: 180-250°.
4. Working principle: The furnace (boiler) generates hot air, and the fan dries the material.
5. The wood dryer can reduce moisture to 8-12%, which has the advantages of low cost and high efficiency.
The working process of the small sawdust dryer：
First, a forklift loads the raw materials into the feeding and conveying equipment, greatly improving work efficiency. The belt conveyor feeds the raw materials evenly into the drum screening machine, which screens out clean sawdust and feeds it into the dryer.
The biomass particle burner, used as the heat source for the sawdust dryer, is environmentally friendly and energy-saving. The dryer temperature and speed can be adjusted electronically, improving drying efficiency and greatly reducing costs. The dryer system also includes a flame arrester to ensure a safe working environment. The material enters the drying cylinder and undergoes circular rolling, turning, lifting, and breaking up. After the wet material is fully and evenly dried, it exits the dryer through the other port and is discharged via the discharge conveyor. This is the whole drying process.
