Small Sawdust Dryer

The small sawdust dryer is a pipe dryer or airflow dryer.

2. Raw material diameter: 3-5mm.
3. Hot air temperature: 180-250°.
4. Working principle: The furnace (boiler) generates hot air, and the material is dried by the fan.

The working process of the small sawdust dryer：

First of all, the raw materials are placed at the beginning of the feeding and conveying equipment by forklift loading, which can greatly improve work efficiency. The raw materials enter the drum screening machine evenly through the belt conveyor, and the clean sawdust is screened out and enters the dryer.

The biomass particle burner used as the heat source of the sawdust dryer is environmentally friendly and energy-saving. The temperature and speed of the dryer can be adjusted arbitrarily through electronic control, with high drying efficiency and greatly reduced costs. The whole dryer system also has a flame arrester to ensure the safety of the working environment. The material enters the drying cylinder and goes through the process of circular rolling, turning, lifting, and breaking up. After the wet material is fully and evenly dried, it is output at the other port of the dryer and output through the discharge conveyor. This is the whole drying process.
