Soap manufacturing machine

The soap production line is a complete line for making laundry soap from neat soap (soap noodles); the process includes mixing, milling, vacuum pressing, cutting, and packing. Using the 500kg/h laundry soap production line, you can make high-grade laundry soap with 35-72% fatty acid content. With this content. With double vacuum pressing technology, the final soap is compact and not easy to crack.

The working conditions of the soap production line

1. Water: 1 cubic meter of circulating water (no consumption)

The standard voltage is 380V, 50Hz, we can customize the motor to your required voltage

3. Installation area: length 22 meters, width 8 meters, height 3.5 meters.

This area includes storage for soap noodles, finished laundry soap, and the workers' operating area.
