1. Soap mixer

Single-shaft, two-blade paddle mixers driven by aby a motor through a gearbox; the mixer shaft rotates continuously to mix soap noodles, flakes, and liquid or solid additives.

After thorough mixing, the soap material is discharged from the bottom discharge gate controlled by a pneumatic cylinder.

2. Three-roll mill

The three-roll mill refines soap. Three rolls are placed horizontally and rotate at different speeds. The refining function is achieved by the pressing and squeezing force between the adjacent rolls. The mainframe is made of high-quality steel and is strong and solid. All gears are precisely manufactured and oil-lubricated for long service life, lower noise, less wear, and better reliability. Rolls are made of a special alloy with high hardness and anti-wear capability.

3. Doublex vacuum plodder

Double vacuum plodder machine introduction: The double-single-screw vacuuming machine consists of two single-linker machines, each with its own independent closed-speed transmission system. The machine uses precision gears. The screw is made of a new aluminum alloy or high-quality stainless steel and is corrosion-resistant and durable. All other parts in contact with the soap are made of high-quality stainless steel. The control system supports variable-frequency or electromagnetic speed regulation, and the production capacity can be adjusted as needed.

4. Toilet soap cutting and stamping machine/soap molding machine

Automatic Block cutter introduction: This machine can quickly and accurately emboss and cut all kinds of toilet soap and laundry soap. For toilet soap production, this machine cuts soap billets from the plodder into long bars to feed into the downstream stamper. For laundry soap production, you can install a complete set of embossing mechanisms at the front so the machine can emboss and cut soaps at the same time, producing the finished product for downstream packaging. This machine uses a PLC for accurate control and an HMI for easy operation.
