Small Laundry Soap Production Line

A small laundry soap production line is designed for starters to make laundry soap on a small scale; it has a capacity of 100-300kg/h for soap noodles and 300-500kg/h for final laundry soap.

The small laundry soap production line includes:

1. Mixing step: use a mixing machine to mix soap noodles, zeolite, sodium silicate,e and pigment evenly, and adding zeolite and sodium silicate adjusts the fatty acid percentage in the final laundry soap. Adding pigment determines the final soap color.

2. Milling step: use a three-roll mill to mill the mixed material. The milling process is to make the raw material fine and in the best condition to make soap (we also have a simplex refiner, optional)

3. Extruding step: use our duplex vacuum plodder to extrude the raw material into a soap bar. This extruding machine uses double-layer screw extrusion. Before extruding, the raw material goes through two screw pressing chambers, and in the vacuum chamber, the water and air are extracted. Under vacuum, the final soap is more transparent and less likely to crack.

With the extruding machine, you can change the mold to make soap in different shapes and widths.

4. Printing and cutting step: the digital cutting machine has two functions: first, printing the logo on the soap; second, cutting the soap bar into the size you want. In the cutting step, you can adjust the soap length.

The extruding machine can change the soap width by changing the mold, and the cutting machine can adjust the soap length; thus, this production line makes it easy to produce soap with different final size requirements.

5. Packing step: we have a packing machine to pack the laundry soap into bags. For this small laundry soap production line, the packing machine is optional; since the output is small, some clients do not need it.
