1. The machine has large vibration or strong noise

    The cause of the failure: the weight difference between the corresponding two sets of hammers is too large; individual hammers are not thrown off by the circlip; the bearing is damaged; the main shaft is bent and deformed; the weight of other parts on the rotor is different, which causes the rotor to be unbalanced.

    Solution: Match the hammers so that the weight difference does not exceed 59; the hammers can rotate flexibly; replace the bearings; correct or replace the spindle; balance the rotor.

2. The straw machine is stuck and the sound is abnormal

  The cause of the failure: the screws of the fastening machine are loose; the blade gap is too small; metal, stones and other hard objects enter the machine.

 Solution: Check the cutter head to see if the fixed blade screws are loose; adjust the blade gap to the standard requirements; stop the machine and open the machine to remove foreign objects.

3. Overheating of grass cutter bearings

  Cause of failure: too much lubricating oil, too little or poor oil quality; bearing damage;

  Solution: add lubricating oil according to regulations; replace bearings; straighten the main shaft; balance the rotor; replace the oil seal; reduce the amount of feed; adjust appropriately.
