1. Please read the contents of this manual carefully before use, and operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures and sequences.

2. The water demand of the molding machine: the water content of corn stalk, wheat stalk, and straw can be formed within the range of 10%-30%, preferably 15%-20%. When the moisture content of peanut husk and rice husk is between 12% and 14%, the molding effect is better.

3. When there is no material in the hopper, do not idle. If the water content of the raw material exceeds 30% and the machine is boring (no material), it should be stopped in time, the wet material in the hopper should be cleaned up, and then the qualified raw material should be added for normal production.

4. When you hear the abnormal noise of the machine, please stop and check immediately. It is strictly forbidden to remove the hopper and start it, so as not to hurt the pressure roller.

The sawdust pellet machine can not only be used for crushing but is also widely used in straw briquette, charcoal, sawdust pellets, sawdust briquette, agriculture, animal husbandry engineering, and other industries. After crushing, it can be used to absorb waste, protect the environment, save energy and make feed.

Operation requirements of sawdust pellet machine:

1. After installing the straw pulverizer, clean the appearance of the straw pulverizer.

2. When crushing materials, unbroken objects, such as nails, iron blocks, cemented carbide, or other mental blocks, must be cleaned first.

3. When reconnecting the power supply, the safety grounding wire should be connected as usual to ensure the safety of the operator.

4. If the user needs to obtain fine discharge granularity, he needs to loosen the screws of the two flanges of the thrust plate of the straw pulverizer and tighten the screws.

5. When the user accidentally overloads the straw shredder during use, the thermal relay overcurrent protection device in the magnetic starter will cut off the power supply and stop the motor immediately. The thermal relay can be reset automatically after 5 minutes.
