1. Skill requirements
There are some precautions for large-scale machinery and equipment before use so that everyone can be handier when using them.
First: Before starting the feed pellet machine, check the running direction to see if the signs on the feed pellet machine are the same. Loosen the two adjusting screws on both sides of the machine cover (the two screws on both ends of the pressure wheel) and start without load when the machine is turned on.
Second: Generally, the pressure roller of the feed pellet machine needs to be removed when it is processed to about 5000 kg, and high-temperature resistant grease should be added to the pressure roller bearing. Due to the high temperature and the quality of the lubricating oil during the working process, the bearing lubricity has a great influence. For the feed pellet machine driven by the diesel engine, the gear oil in the gearbox should be checked regularly; it is best to carry out comprehensive maintenance every half a year. Apply high-temperature grease.
Third: If the mold of the feed pellet machine is replaced, first remove the pressing wheel and cutter, remove the center bucket, remove the barrel, unscrew the gong cap on the main shaft, and use the accessory tensioner to lift the mold.

2. Knowledge requirements
At the same time, it is necessary to have the basic knowledge of physics, electrical engineering, mechanical equipment, and mechanical transmission, equipment lubrication knowledge, characteristics of steam (water), and other additives in the granulation process and the working principle and operation method of its supply device, commonly used tools, Specifications, uses and use and maintenance methods of instruments and instruments, basic knowledge of pellet raw materials and pellet formulations, basic knowledge of pellet processing and process regulations, pellet quality standards and analysis of influencing factors, safety technology knowledge, pellet production, and quality management knowledge Wait.

3. Basic responsibilities
Implement the company's quality manual, on-site management manual, operating procedures, and various management systems; carry out daily maintenance and lubrication of other granulating equipment according to equipment maintenance requirements; monitor the use of pressure rollers and ring dies, and replace pressure rollers and other granulation equipment as required. Ring die; check and control the steam pressure in the workshop; implement the granulator operating procedures and process regulations to ensure the quality and output of granulation; check and adjust other granulation equipment; make job records, etc.
