The Reasons For The Coarse And Sharp Thorns Of The Finished Pellets

When customers use the biomass pellet machine for production, the finished products will be of poor quality, such as thick and sharp thorns, which will make it difficult to bag the finished products and cause losses to customers.

When encountering this problem, we can start from the source. The split firewood is crushed, and the small wooden sticks are more, and the log is much less crushed, or it is better to saw it with a circular saw. Secondly, in the process of using the pelletizer, if the staff is greedy and adjusts the blade distance of the slicer at will, it will cause the particles to be thick and sharp, so it is only necessary to adjust the blade distance.
Let's focus on the solutions after such problems occur:

(1) Adjust the blade distance while sharpening the knife, replace it with a small-aperture plug mesh, and return the material to the furnace for crushing;

(2) Replacement of good quality bacteria bags, the same material, the number of micropores (with thorns) packed by different bagging machines is different. Newly bought bagging machines are generally more porous. It also has something to do with the tightness of the bag. A lot of our local wood is crushed a day or two before bagging;

(3) Sprinkle the material with water, and keep turning the material in the middle to soften it;

(4) Check whether your bagging machine discharge cylinder is not smooth and has micro-thorns.
