How to operate the biomass pellet machine?

1. Before starting the machine, please inject 25 kg of gear oil (one can be used continuously for more than 10 years), and then tighten the plug of the oil injection hole.

2. Carefully check the power supply line to prevent fault points and leakage, and ensure the safety of electricity use.

3. Carefully check whether the bolts and screws at the connection between the machine motor and the transmission parts are firm and loose so that they can be tightened in time.

4. Set the preheating temperature according to the category. Corn, wheat straw at 80-90, peanut husk, and rice husk at 80-100.

5. After starting the machine, run it for 1 minute, check whether the machine rotates normally, and then feed a small amount of material after it is normal. Uniform feeding is only possible after removing the remaining material from the machine.

6. Before feeding, be sure to pay attention to the hard impurities in the raw materials to prevent stones and iron blocks from entering the silo, so as not to damage the machine.

7. Every 8 hours of operation, the oil filling on the universal joint must be drained once, and only 2-3 drops of oil can be filled at a time. Please add a little wet material before shutting down, so that it can be discharged smoothly after turning on the next day.
