The Pellet packaging machine includes a storage bin, weighing hopper, sensor, bag clamping system, heat sealer, sewing machine, sealing conveyor, and electric control panel.

The working process of the wood pellet packing machine:
1. Feed the wood pellets from the conveyor or the top storage tank into the hopper. The weighing hopper and sensor operate under the electrical panel's control, weigh the pellets to the packaging weight set by the PLC system, and place the bag in the clip bag. Once installed, the hopper discharges pellets into bags, which the sealer then seals.

2. The volume of the hopper on this granule packaging machine is 1 cubic meter, which is usually enough to store the material from the conveyor if you want to install this granule packaging machine in the production line,e and you can put a larger storage tank on top of this hopper if you need more storage capacity.

3. The PLC system controls the work of the sensor and weighs the target packaging weight through fast addition, medium addition, slow addition, and three additions to improve packaging accuracy.

4. The granule packaging machine is equipped with a pneumatic bag clamping system. After placing the bag in the filling tube, press the limit switch to activate the bag clamping system. At this point, the packaging scale starts filling the granules into the bag. A cylinder controls the bag clamping system and requires an air compressor at 0.6 MPa.

5. The whole weighing process is automatic; just manually put the bag on the bag clamping system
6. Automatically controlled by the electrical panel:

From the electrical panel, you can set the target packaging weight for each bag. You can set fast, medium, or slow adding, and achieve the target weight through three-time weighing and filling to ensure high weighing accuracy and an error of only 0.1-0.2%. From the electrical panel, you can switch between automatic and manual packaging control. From the electronic panel, you can check whether the bag is packed.

7. There is a 2-meter-long sealing conveyor on the main body of the packaging machine, thus facilitating the movement of bags during the packaging and sealing process. The conveying width is 400mm, using a PVC belt.

8. Equipped with a sewing machine or heat sealer to seal the bags
