1. After putting the bag into the filling tube, you only need to push the limit switch to make the bag clamping system clamp it. At this time, the packaging scale starts to fill the granules into the bag. The bag clamping system is controlled by a cylinder and requires an air compressor with a pressure of 0.6Mpa.

From the electrical panel, it can be changed to adopt an automatic control packaging method and a manual control packaging method. 7. There is a 2-meter-long sealing conveyor on the main body of the packaging machine, thus facilitating the movement of bags during the packaging and sealing process. The conveying width is 400mm, using a PVC belt.

8. Equipped with a sewing machine or heat sealer to seal the bags

The heat sealing machine is designed to seal plastic bags and nylon bags made of BOPP/CPP, BOPP/PE, PET/PE, etc.
