1. Feeding method

The vertical ring die granulator is placed with the die flat, the mouth is upward, and directly enters the granulation die from top to bottom. Since the specific gravity of sawdust is very light, it is not easy to make it turn a corner, and the vertical ring die is straight up and down.
2. Pressing method
In the horizontal ring die, the die is rotated, the pressure roller is assisted by the rotation, and the particles are rotated at a high speed. The vertical ring die is rotated by the pressure roller, the die does not move, and the particles will not be smashed twice. Therefore, the pellet machine is pressed out, and the particle length is equal and there is almost no powder.
3. Machine structure
The granulation chamber of the horizontal ring die is sealed. During the pressing process, the sawdust particles will have a high temperature due to extrusion, and they will get higher and higher in the sealed granulation chamber. The high temperature causes the ring to die to and often damages the bearing. The bearing is the machine's Core, changing bearings will increase costs, reduce production, and waste production time. Adding butter once an average of 2-4 hours greatly increases the cost and labor intensity of labor. Some people add butter automatically, which will cause too much butter to penetrate into the box and damage the operation of the equipment. And the cost is also a huge expense. The vertical ring die is open upwards, which is easy to dissipate heat. In addition, it is equipped with a set of dust removal and cooling system (one pellet extrusion chamber and one pellet outlet), so that the pellet machine runs at a constant temperature; and the reducer, the main shaft, and the pressing roller are all The reducer is lubricated by thin oil circulation without butter.
4. Equipment operation
The mold of the horizontal ring die is placed horizontally on the side of the machine and is carried at one end by a large shaft. Such a large mold is heavy at one end, and its bearing can imagine how much pressure and torque it can withstand. When the machine is running, the torque is high. the reason, so it is easily damaged. The vertical ring die is a vertical large shaft, forged iron, large cast steel bearing seat, its large bearing reduces any pressure, and the large shaft is short, which reduces the pressure. Moreover, each part of the machine has to undergo many complicated processes such as heat treatment and hardness treatment, which greatly increases its rigidity, strength, and stability of long-term operation. Obviously, it is not easy to break and has a long life.
5. Equipment stability
The mold of the horizontal ring die is placed horizontally on one side of the machine. When the feeding is uneven, the material will accumulate under the mold under the action of gravity. material. The vibration will occur and the bearing will be damaged. Due to the accumulation of raw materials at the bottom, the machine is often boiled.
There is no such situation in the vertical ring die granulator. The press wheel rotates and divides the material, and the material is evenly distributed to both sides of the mold, without causing material weight and vibration, plus a complete set of vertical ring die granulators. The rotating parts have undergone precise dynamic balance, plus their own weight, resulting in greatly enhanced stability.
The vertical ring dies pellet mill has a low operating cost and higher efficiency.
