Introduction to an organic fertilizer pelletizing machine: A 

fertilizer pellet-making machine combines a feeding conveyor, pelletizer, and granulation machine into an all-in-one unit that produces columnar and globular organic fertilizer. The machine has two discharge chutes: one for columnar organic fertilizer from the pelletizer and the other for globular organic fertilizer from the granulation machine.

This machine can make granules from the below-listed materials:

1. Turfs, lignite, sludge, pond sludge, sucrose slag, and starch pulp materials can be made into granules

2. Chicken manure, duck manure, pig manure, sheep dung, deer manure, cow dung, and earthworm cast materials can be made into granules ;

3. Bean cakes, vinasse slag, biogas residue, Fruit residue, and palm oil residue as the main materials can be made into granules;

4. Residues of urban rubbish or sewage treatment plants as materials can be made into granules.

5. Organic materials mixed with mineral materials can be made into granules

The belt conveyor is designed to send raw material into the pelletizer; the conveyor length is 7.5 meters, and the belt is a rubber belt with a width of 600mm. The belt surface has a hump to prevent raw material from sliding on the slope.

The pelletizer is a flat-die type pellet-making machine. When raw material feeds onto the pelletizer and falls into the pelleting chamber, the roller presses it through the flat die holes to form columnar pellets.

To get columnar organic fertilizer, discharge the pellets directly from the columnar discharge chute; to make globular organic fertilizer, close the columnar discharge chute so the pellets go to the granulation machine.

The granulation machine is applied three times continuously to convert columnar fertilizer into globular organic fertilizer and ensure the quality of the globular organic fertilizer.

The machine is equipped with an air fan to provide airflow, remove moisture, and reduce the final organic fertilizer's moisture content.

This all-in-one machine is easy to install: place the pelletizing machine on the ground, put the belt conveyor in front of the pelletizing machine, connect the wire cables from the electric panel to the motors, and then you can operate the machine.
