The Charcoal Rod Maker machine consists of a motor, electric panel, reducer, feeding chute, spiral, shaping mold, thermocouple, and heating ring. The spiral is inside the shaping mold and keeps rotating after the machine starts. The heating ring is outside the shaping mold, and sawdust feeds into the feeding chute. The spiral presses the sawdust into the shaping mold, with the heating ring increasing the temperature. The sawdust is compressed in the shaping mold to get briquettes.

1. In addition to the material size, which must be less than 5mm, the humidity of the raw materials is controlled at 8-12%.
