The machine applied hydraulic pressing technology to assure the density and smooth surface of the final pallet produced.

Firstly, the sawdust or wood shavings must be dry, if the moisture is too high it is difficult to press them into pallet block, so the moisture content of raw material is important, the best moisture content is 10-15%

Secondly, mixing the sawdust or wood shavings with a binder in a certain proportion, because the sawdust and wood shavings themself do not have viscidity, so add binder is necessary.

The third step is to use our pallet block hot press machine to press the prepared sawdust or wood shavings into the pallet block.
