Today, wood pallets are widely used in export and logistics packaging. With the rapidly increasing demand for wood pallets, our company designed the SP series pallet block press machine, which presses wood shavings, sawdust, and wood waste into high-density wood pallet blocks. The machine uses hydraulic pressing technology to ensure the final pallet has the required density and a smooth surface.

First, the sawdust or wood shavings must be dry; if the moisture is too high, it is difficult to press them into a pallet block, so the raw material's moisture content is important. The best moisture content is 10-15%

Second, mix the sawdust or wood shavings with a binder in a specific proportion; because sawdust and wood shavings themselves have no viscosity, adding a binder is necessary.

Third, use our pallet block hot press machine to press the prepared sawdust or wood shavings into the pallet block.

Our pallet block hot press machine has the following advantages:
