The Sawdust Charcoal Rod Maker is the main machine that uses carbon-containing wood materials such as wood, rice husks, peanut shells, plant straws, etc. (without additives) to make rod-shaped solid fuel under high-pressure, high-temperature conditions. The machine uses an automatic constant-temperature device and maintains stable performance at the set temperature, with a reasonable structure and simple operation and maintenance. The Charcoal Rod Maker machine consists of a motor, electric panel, reducer, feeding chute, spiral, shaping mold, thermocouple, and heating ring. The spiral is inside the shaping mold and keeps rotating after the machine starts. The heating ring is outside the shaping mold, and sawdust feeds into the feeding chute. The spiral presses the sawdust into the shaping mold, with the heating ring increasing the temperature. The machine compresses the sawdust in the shaping mold to form briquettes.
