The new environmentally friendly carbonization furnace has added a flue gas recovery device based on the original carbonization furnace. After the flue gas is recovered, it can be dust-free and smoke-free. The recovered flue gas can be ignited like liquefied gas for heating, cooking, and drying.
The new environmentally friendly carbonization furnace has the function of one machine with two uses. The material can be directly carbonized or made into rods first and then carbonized. It has the following characteristics:
1. According to the dissolution in the furnace, there are four cubic, six cubic, and eight cubic furnaces. The raw material carbonization rate is more than 40-60%, and the finished product rate is more than 95%.
2. It saves labor and time. One person can operate several carbonization furnaces, equipped with 1.5km power (the power is simultaneous power generation).
3. Both wood carbonization equipment and carbon powder production lines are called continuous carbonization furnaces. The equipment also has a gasification furnace device. The self-produced combustion gas can be used for self-use or recycled.
Composition of carbonization furnace:
The new carbonization furnace consists of five parts: combustion chamber, carbonization chamber, briquette inlet and outlet device, coal gas recovery and utilization system, and waste gas treatment and waste heat utilization system.
The new carbonization furnace has two advantages:
1. The most environmentally friendly: all the precipitated coal gas is fully utilized, the combustion waste gas can be discharged up to the standard, and there is no cooling waste water containing ammonia discharged.
2. The shortest carbonization time: the carbonization time takes less than 4 hours.
