The new environmentally friendly carbonization furnace combines two functions in one machine. You can carbonize the material directly or first form it into rods, then carbonize it. It has the following characteristics:

1. According to the capacity of the furnace, there are four-cubic, six-cubic, and eight-cubic furnaces. The raw material carbonization rate is 40-60% or higher, and the finished product rate is 95% or higher.

2. It saves labor and time. One person can operate several carbonization furnaces, equipped with 1.5 kW power simultaneous power generation).

3. Both wood carbonization equipment and carbon powder production lines are called continuous carbonization furnaces. The equipment also includes a gasification furnace. The self-produced combustion gas can be used for self-use or recycled.

Composition of carbonization furnace:

The new carbonization furnace consists of five parts: a combustion chamber, a carbonization chamber, a briquette inlet and outlet device, a coal gas recovery and utilization system, and a waste gas treatment and waste heat utilization system.
