Main Machines for Wood Pellet Production Line
1. Wood Drum Chipper
Wood drum chipper machine is the special equipment of producing wood chippers, including the machine body, knife/blade roller, the upper and lower feed rollers, belt conveyor, hydraulic system, knife roller will
install two or four, six rotary knives, etc. according to the different thickness and diameter of the materials,
the upper feed roller assembly can use the hydraulic system to fluctuate within a certain range.
The wood chipper is widely used in wood shaving plants, high MDF plants, straw plants, biomass power plants, wood factories, which is the preferred equipment at the preparation steps.
2.Wood crusher
Wood Crusher is one of the important pieces of equipment in the biomass pellet production line. The material can be
corn stalk, rice straw, grass, wood chips, timber, tree branch, and many other wastes. It adopts a cooling
structure inside, avoiding damage to machines with high friction temperature.

3.sawdust dryer machine
A drying machine is used to dry the wet raw material.
The equipment of this section is a bin for dryer, screw feeder, hot air stove, drum dryer, fan, discharger, airlock, and belt conveyor. This section is needed when the raw material moisture is higher than 18% .
4.Wood pellet mill machine
Wood pellet machine is suitable for the materials with low adhesive and formation rate, which are difficult to pressing molding, such as rice husk, sunflower seed husk, peanut hull, a variety of wood-like branches, trunk, bark, various crop straw, eucalyptus, palm fiber(EFB), coffee shell, sawdust, and so on.
This machine is widely used for recycling usage of wastes and tailing in biomass fuel plants, power plants, wood processing plants, fertilizer plants, chemical factories, foodstuffs factories, and breweries.
5.Cooling machine
Cooling Machine is make cooling full, prolonged of material storage.

6.Automatic Packing Machine
After cooling, the wood pellet would be packed into bags in order to avoid being affected by damp. The packed pellet would be transferred by truck and sold.
