Introduction：
The sawdust flash dryer machine is mainly composed of a hot air stove, a U-shaped pulse tube, a fan, a brake cloning, and other parts. Under the action of the induced draft fan, hot air and materials are sucked into the pipe at the same time. The water-containing material is suspended in the high-speed hot air flow and passes through the drying pipe. Due to the action of the pulse tube, the airflow rotates, causing the material to continuously tumble, which increases the heat transfer exchange with the hot air flow and improves the thermal efficiency.
The material is dried within 3-5 seconds and collected by the cyclone separator and bag collector. The recovery efficiency is as high as 98%, and it can continuously dry a large amount of materials.
