Operation Steps Of Vacuum Packaging Machine

The vacuum packaging machine is a compact body, suitable for moisture and mildew resistance of food, electronics, medicine, and other products.

Instructions for use of vacuum packaging machine:

1. Do not directly plug in the power supply after opening the package. You should lift the lid of the vacuum chamber first. When it reaches a certain height, it will be automatically supported by the gas spring. Take out the accessories and instructions. If you have time, it is recommended to read the manual and follow the instructions to use and maintain.

2. Use a Phillips screwdriver or Allen key to open the side cover of the machine, and observe the oil position through the vacuum pump oil glass. Normally, it is 1/2 to 2/3 of the oil glass. Install the side cover after inspection.

3. Plug in the power cord and turn on the power switch.

4. Set parameters such as pumping time, heat sealing time, and heat sealing temperature on the front operation panel.

5. The pumping time depends on the packaging size and packaging requirements, such as the larger the bag, the longer the pumping time, which is normally about 15s;

6. The heat sealing time depends on the thickness of the packaging bag, the thicker the bag, the longer the heat sealing time, and vice versa, normal 1.0-1.8s;

7. The heat sealing temperature indicator is adjusted to "medium temperature".

8. Pack the products that need vacuum packaging, and then put the open end on the sealing strip and keep the bag straight. If you are packing in small bags, you can also pack multiple bags side by side at the same time.

9. Press down the transparent plexiglass cover and keep it for 1-2s. After the cover is sucked, you can loosen it. The vacuum packaging machine will pack according to the set parameters, and finally, give up automatically and open the lid to enter the next packaging process.

10. After using the machine, remember to turn off the power first, unplug the power cord, and then lift the glass cover to the highest point and press the "lock button" on the back of the machine to close the cover to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the equipment.
