1. The vertical ring die biomass pellet machine consists of a gearbox, motor, spindle, ring die, roller, pelletizer, feed chute, discharge chute, automatic oiler, oil pump, bag dust collector, and electrical panel.

2. The gearbox is independently developed and designed by our company and enjoys a lifetime warranty. The gearbox housing is welded with 24 mm-thick steel plates and undergoes strict pressure and water pressure tests before leaving the factory. It adopts high-precision gear transmission, three-stage transmission, two-stage reduction, and is equipped with an automatic circulation oil system to ensure the service life of the gearbox and the operational stability of the pellet machine.

3. The gearbox adopts a large-capacity design, and the two independent boxes can hold 200 kg of gear oil together, which effectively avoids the problem of gear oil overheating caused by long-term operation of the pellet machine.

4. The gearbox adopts high-quality cast steel gears, which are completely immersed in gear oil and run at room temperature without wear. The gearbox adopts heavy-duty pressure bearings and uses well-known brand bearings such as HRB, ZCZ, and LYC.

5. The large-capacity box can better lubricate and cool the bearings, thereby extending the service life of the bearings.

6. Vertical installation of motor: The main motor of this machine is a six-pole motor, which is installed vertically to ensure efficient and stable operation of the machine. Its outstanding feature is that the mounting holes are centered on the output shaft and are evenly distributed, ensuring that the machine runs with greater power and more stability.

7. The pellet machine is equipped with a dust collection system: The system consists of a fan and a bag dust collector, which is located on one side of the working chamber of the pellet machine and can be freely adjusted according to the working time. Its main function is to help discharge dust and excess steam in the working chamber of the pellet machine.

8. Automatic lubrication system for rollers: The independently installed oiling device adopts piston drive to evenly inject high-temperature resistant grease into the roller bearings. The lubrication system is controlled by an independent electronic control system. The oiling frequency and time can be adjusted through the control panel. The system runs automatically and can be maintained without stopping. The oil pump on the gearbox can circulate the gear oil into the gearbox to lubricate the spindle bearings.
In order to extend the life of the spindle, the original spindle diameter of 120mm was thickened to 160mm and upgraded to a spline shaft connection, so that the spindle can drive the working parts with zero error and improve the transmission efficiency.

9. The discharging system adopts the most advanced discharging design, placing the rotating parts outside, which completely solves the corrosion and rusting problems caused by steam and high temperature in the original upper discharging pellet machine.

10. The ring die is made of alloy steel with a hardness of HRC 55 or above, which prolongs the service life of the accessories. The ring die adopts an upper and lower double-layer design. When working, the material is discharged from the lower layer. The upper and lower layers can share the same aperture to extend the service life. One ring die can be customized with two different apertures, saving the cost of purchasing separate molds for producing pellets of different particle sizes.

11. The outer diameter of the roller is increased from 200mm to 265mm, which makes the contact surface between the roller and the ring die larger and ensures higher output of the machine. The larger bearing is perfectly combined with the automatic oiling function of the roller, which extends the service life of the roller.

12. The number of rollers is reduced from four to two, which not only saves the cost of use but also facilitates replacement and maintenance. We use a combination of sealing rings and sealing covers to ensure that the rollers are completely sealed during operation and will not be damaged by dust or material entering. The granulating chamber adopts a stainless steel shell to ensure that the machine shell will not corrode or rust after long-term operation. The pelletizer is equipped with an electrical panel, and the main motor adopts star-delta starting. The entire pelletizer can be easily controlled through the electrical panel.
