How to Operate the soap-making machines?
Firstly, Inspection before starting.
1. Check whether there is some foreign matter in the feeding and unloading part in the plodder. Make sure it is clean.
2. Check all the lines are connected with the power.
3. Open the cooling water valve on the up and down screw in the plodder.
4. Open the air inlet valve on the vacuum pump.
5. Turn on the soap heating switch, preheat the outlet of the plodder, temperature control at 45 ℃ ~ 55 ℃.
Second, operate the machines.
1. When the up and down screws are full of material, turn on the vacuum pump, turn off the vacuum chamber vent valve, the vacuum control at -0.06Mpa.
2. Make sure there is enough material for every machine.
3. Make sure the speed matches the soap cutting machine.
4. Note that the cooling water temperature can not be over 20 ℃.
Up and down screw current can not exceed the allowable range.
Third, turn off the machines
1. Make sure the material is finished in every machine.
2. Turn on the vacuum pump venting valve, and turn off the vacuum pump. (Note: Be sure to turn on the vent valve to make sure the vacuum is at 0.)
3. Cleaning the screw of plodder after two hours when the machine cools down.
4. Turn off the power, turn off the cooling water valve, clean up the surrounding environment.
