As the screw rotates, the material is in the extrusion trough. Move forward and turn to the extrusion/extrusion screw.

The second screw is a pressing screw, also known as an extrusion screw. The screw is installed at the end of the main shaft and rotates with the pinion in the gearbox. When the material enters the pressing screw, the rotation direction of the feed screw and the pressing screw are opposite. , So the juice or water in the raw material is pressed out by the rotation of these two screws.

4. The pressure regulating device works in conjunction with the hydraulic system, and the hydraulic system is used to control the pressure at the end of the squeeze chamber to control the dehydration efficiency, that is, if more water or juice is to be dehydrated, increase the pressure.
