How to use garlic peeler machine ？

User notice:

1. The user must read the instruction manual carefully before use.

2. There must be a firm grounding wire when using the machine.

3. The length of the connecting air pipe is preferably 1-1.5 meters

4. The power supply must be turned off if the machine is turned on.

5. Do not move the baffle of the discharge port when the machine is working to avoid injury to hands.

6. Clean the garlic oil in the dehulling bucket with a wet towel after the production of the dehulling bucket of the machine on the same day, turn on the knob under the oil-water separator, empty the water and other impurities inside, and keep the airway unblocked.

7. When peeling, the feeding time is set at 001-003, the peeling time is set at 060-090, and the output time is set at 200-300. The user can adjust according to the actual production situation and the removal rate.

8. Turn off the power when adjusting the feeding time, peeling time, and discharging time.

9. To achieve a good peeling rate and peeling effect, please try to remove impurities such as garlic stems and garlic roots.

10. This type of equipment has no auxiliary heating function. In order to achieve the ideal peeling effect, please air the garlic more to keep it dry.

Common problems and solutions:

A. The removal rate cannot reach the desired effect

Method: 1. Check whether the air pressure of the air compressor is normal. The normal working pressure is between 0.6-0.8 MPa.

      2. Check whether the air pipe connecting the air compressor and the peeler is too long. Normally 1-1.5 meters

           3. Check if the garlic is dry. If the garlic just out of the cold storage has not been aired, it is not conducive to peeling. If this is the case, please air the garlic for a day or two.

           4. Check the feeding time. The normal setting value is between 001-003. If the setting value is too high, the feed will be too much, although the output will be increased, but this will cause the garlic peeling rate to decrease.

           5. Check whether the gas path is smooth.

 B. The garlic is blown out directly from the skin outlet without peeling

     Method: 1. Check the feeding time, the normal setting is between 001-003, too little feeding will cause the garlic cloves to be blown out directly.

           2. Check the garlic for excessive impurities. After the garlic is divided into cloves, please try to clean up the garlic skin, garlic stem, garlic root and other impurities mixed in it. Excessive impurities will affect the feeding and will not help achieve the ideal peeling effect.

           3. Check the length of the air pipe connecting the air compressor and the peeling machine. If the length is too short, it will cause the air compressor input to the peeling machine to overshoot, the length should be between 5-10 meters.

C. The garlic injury rate is relatively high

     Method: 1. This problem is generally caused by impurities mixed in during feeding. Please try to clean up the garlic stems, garlic roots, stones and other impurities before feeding.

2. Check the air pressure. The normal working range is between 0.6-0.8Mpa. Excessive air pressure can easily cause garlic injury and damage the various components of the machine, so it is not necessary to increase the air pressure to increase the peeling rate as much as possible.

D. The discharging baffle does not open, or the opening and closing is not easy to fall

     Method: 1. Check the throttle valve. Open the back door of the case and count to the left from the air inlet. The second component is the throttle valve (the right side of the plastic oil separator). After power off, touch the knob under this component by hand, and loosen the knob counterclockwise. Similarly, if the baffle is too loud, please tighten the knob.

          2. If the method 1 cannot be solved, it may be a problem with other accessories, please contact the technicians in time.

E. The valve at the feed inlet stops working, or the discharge baffle stops working.

         In this case, it is likely that the solenoid valve is malfunctioning. Please contact the manufacturer to replace the solenoid valve in time.
