When purchasing an automatic pellet packaging machine, there are four main considerations:
1. Output.
It depends on the output to determine whether one set machine or more packing machines.
2. Material.
The material is generally determined according to the corrosiveness of the material. The corrosiveness : all stainless steel, general corrosion: stainless steel in contact with the material, no corrosion: carbon steel.
The general food grade is made of all stainless steel.
3. Particle size.
If the pellets size is big, it will be not workable, because the large particles will jam the material outlet. Such as potato scales, briquettes scales.
4.The form of packaging bags.
The open-mouth bag uses an open-mouth bag pellet packaging scale, and the valve bag uses a pellet valve bag packaging machine.
