At the same time, the wood pellet machine can effectively solve the problem of crude fiber raw materials. For issues such as granulation, high-quality molds can be tailored for various pellet machines so that the life of the equipment can be extended, while the quality of the pellets can be improved and the excessive consumption of raw materials can be reduced.
Precautions for emergency bearing lubrication of wood pellet machine:
1. When the wood pellet machine runs continuously for 4 hours, the press roller of the equipment must be lubricated at least once. It is also recommended to give a small amount of lubrication every hour of operation (add butter to the roll at the end of each process-to prevent the material from entering. The butter in the roll will shrink when it cools, and finally pull the material into the bearing).
2. Lubricate the spindle bearing of the wood pellet machine every 8 hours.
3. When the wood pellet machine works for 2000 hours, or every 6 months, the gear box oil must be changed.
4. Check the oil level of the feeder drive on time every week, and add a little oil to the roller chain drive.
5. Lubricate the bearings of the conditioner and feeder shaft of the wood pellet machine once a month.
6. The last thing to note is to lubricate the cutting frame of the wood pellet machine once a day, and it is recommended to lubricate it manually in order to make the operation more convenient.
